Overview

What is Company Revival?

The ROC strikes off companies that fail to file annual returns. Directors of such companies can be disqualified, and the bank account gets frozen. A company can be restored by applying to the NCLT under Section 252 within 20 years.

Once the NCLT orders revival, the ROC restores the company and all pending filings must be completed.
