Refund Policy
When and how refunds are processed for CoverTax services.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we start work on your service, the professional fee is refunded in full, less payment gateway charges.
After work begins
Once documents are prepared or an application is filed, the professional fee is not refundable, as work has been carried out. Government fees paid to authorities cannot be refunded by us.
Service issues
If we are unable to deliver a service because of an error on our part, we will either complete the work at no extra cost or refund the professional fee.

Write to connect-us@covertax.in with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
