What is New DIN Application?
A Director Identification Number is a unique 8-digit number issued by MCA to every person who wants to become a director of a company. It is valid for life and does not change across companies.
For new companies, DIN is allotted through SPICe+. For appointment in an existing company, the applicant files Form DIR-3 with a certification from a practising professional.
